Topshop SS11 Preview.

The high-street fashion starve is over, here is Topshop's SS11 Collection. Sticking to their trend-tastic guns; bright, bold, flared, striped, fluid garments rule the roost. Even though this is only a preview of whats to come, it's a fabulous start.
It's like a massive summary of the designer show trends; with a nod to utilitarian 70's with the (what looks like it should be a suede) fuchsia pink skirt and chiffon blouse, tough luxe meets macrame land with leather and streamline silhouettes , whilst texture and dollops of club tropicana prints meet in the girl with the green hair and a clever refined version of colour blocking with the minimalist asymmetric silk dress approach.

They've really brought excitement and fun to the table with these pieces, individually they all work;( absolutely no doubt about that) but together their just in their own dreamy editorial like fashion land, which I have to say I do like. Unlike their competition (H&M, River Island) Topshop, have really made me look forward to summer and their look-book images evoke that same spirit. My favourite looks so far would be the girl in cobalt blue trouser, asymmetric orange short (lonely looking) lass and this dress is definitely something that Samantha from SATC would wear so I'd call it the 'Samantha' colour block dye dress.
