| Large, juicy sweet washed strawberries |

| Leaves and stalks removed, cut into half and for the larger ones quarters. |

| Prepare and make your pancakes, fold into quarters placing your strawberry half's, add a raspberry coulis and pour cream. Serve with Rose or Pink Lemonade. |
