Being nocturnal has it's advantages....

....whilst moseying on the internet tonight as I was about to search through google.com, I noticed on the bottom of the screen 'change background image' (sorry if I'm like the last one to discover this lol) so I went on ahead and added a few of my fav pics from my blog as my backgrounds on my google page and this is the outcome!
I like to call this one 'Forget being a BOND girl...I'm a google girl'

Spanish high street fashion retailer, Mango has recently caught my eye with there new aw accessories range.  From suede carry alls to chic leopard print ballet flats, they’ve really come up trumps in the style section. Liya Kebede-New Look

Ethiopian model Liya Kebede has undergone a makeover in cutting her hair. Her fame as a model rocketed when, then creative director Tom Ford asked if she would front the Gucci AW 2000 fashion show. Her success has taken her all over the world, shooting covers for American, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and French Vogue as well as magazines like i-D. Fronting campaigns like Gap, Victoria’s Secret and Yves Saint Laurent has brought Kebede to a recent success of being part of the Estee Lauder Beauty campaigns.

Photographed by Tom Munro for Vogue Italia, her new look has heightened her current status of being one of the top models in the industry, re-defining her in a way that’s uber sexy, full of attitude totally rock chic!

French Vogue Mars 2010

This is my first purchase of French Vogue; ever! Loved the military
inspired editorial, courtesy of model Liya Kebede, photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. I genuinely loved looking/flicking through this issue (my french reading skills aren't exactly up to par), the difference I found between this and British Vogue, is that the campaigns of the french companies/houses are more editorially based making them part of the magazine rather than looking like another advert giving them more of an edge and more appeal. All in all- fabulous.

My New Studio/bedroom/chill room/boudoir...

I am now based in the lovely county of Warwickshire- Shakespeare's county. It's lovely and quiet- I am sort of your 'I love the country but I need the city' type girl. But I do love the peace and tranquility here. My studio isn't quite complete, still got a few boxes here and there but this is the progress I have made so far.

View from my velux bedroom window-on the third floor of the house overlooking the country hills and meadows.

Sun sets to the right of my room.
